For third-party branded products, packaging or formulations may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, feeding instructions, size information, age recommendations, warnings and other information before purchasing or using a product.

For pet food, treats, supplements or similar products, please check the product packaging for ingredients, feeding instructions, allergens, expiry/best-before information and manufacturer guidance.

If your animal has a medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction or special requirement, please consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing a new food, supplement or care product.

We may cancel or decline an order in the circumstances listed below. If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Available payment methods may vary by order value and delivery location.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, address, PIN code and other information necessary for delivery.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, operational issues, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Different rules may apply to food, treats, consumables, hygiene products, customised products and other products where returning an opened product may create safety, hygiene or resale concerns.

Nothing in our policies is intended to restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs/video of the product, packaging and shipping label where reasonably required to help us investigate the issue.

Where the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Pet products should always be used appropriately and, where relevant, under supervision.

Toys, collars, leashes, feeders and accessories should be inspected regularly for wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their animal's size, age, behaviour and individual requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, FrostPawz/Frost Soul Care branding, original graphics, artwork, photographs, written content and other original material appearing on this website belong to us or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Promotional offers, discount codes and campaigns may have separate conditions including validity dates, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products and usage limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined.

FrostPawz is built around compassion for companion animals and community animals.

Where we state that a particular product, campaign or purchase contributes toward feeding, rescue, community-animal care or another social initiative, the applicable product or campaign page will describe the commitment.

Unless specifically stated, purchases should not be interpreted as charitable donations or as providing customers with tax-deductible donation receipts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FrostPawz will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from improper use, misuse or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory jurisdiction requirements, matters relating to these Terms will be subject to the appropriate courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
